Meet Our Team

Medical Director & Founder Michael is the Founder and Medical Director of MDE with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and patient-focused innovation. He oversees clinical protocols and safety standards while driving the practice’s vision for excellence in medical aesthetics. Mike Pedro Advanced Practice Registered Nurse & Co-Owner Angela is an APRN and Co-Owner with a dual passion for aesthetics and leadership. With clinical experience and a strong vision for patient care, she leads the team in providing personalized, top-tier treatments in a supportive and welcoming environment. Angela APRN-Co-Owner Practice Manager Rachel started at MD Esthetics as an Esthetician with 4 years for experience. Her new role lead her with a focus on organization and operations, where I serve as the Practice Manager for Windham, where I oversee day-to-day functions while mentoring and guiding future practice managers. I play a key role in implementing new processes across multiple locations and assist with the integration process for new sites, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous improvements. I’m passionate about efficiency and effective management, I’m always looking for ways to streamline operations and enhance the experience for both patients and staff. When I’m not at work I enjoy traveling in the summer, hiking and spending time by the beach! Rachel Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Gia is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in facial rejuvenation and injectables, delivering balanced, natural results that highlight each client’s unique beauty. Gia MSN, APRN, FNP-BC Licensed Esthetician Lauren is a licensed Esthetician with over 27 years in the esthetics industry. A graduate of Catherine Hinds and certified in both laser technology and lash services, she brings decades of knowledge and a personal touch to every treatment.

She is also a mentor to fellow estheticians, having traveled the country educating professionals and uplifting the industry. Lauren Master Esthetician Donna is a Master Esthetician with years of hands-on experience in advanced skincare. She specializes in customized treatments that promote healthy, glowing skin using a blend of proven techniques and cutting-edge technology.

 Brittaney is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a strong background in aesthetics. Known for her precise technique and artistic eye, she focuses on delivering subtle, natural-looking enhancements that align with each client’s unique features.

Her warm personality and clinical expertise create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
