Meet Our Team

Jayna has been part of the medical aesthetics industry for a little over a year and brings a dynamic blend of creativity, professionalism, and warmth to the MD Esthetics team. In addition to her role at our Lexington location, she is also a full-time permanent makeup artist with a keen eye for detail and beauty. Jayna’s background in marketing and aesthetics allows her to seamlessly connect with patients, ensuring each person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, informed, and valued. She is passionate about helping others feel confident in their own skin and is dedicated to making every visit to MD Esthetics a positive, personalized experience. Jayna Front Desk Coordinator
Practice Manager RN, Clinical Trainer Claudia Webb, BSN, RN, has four years of nursing experience and two years specializing in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in injectable treatments and laser procedures, combining her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to achieve natural, balanced results. Known for her honesty and personalized approach, her patients appreciate her transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering safe, effective results. Outside of work, Claudia is dedicated to advancing her education and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, set to graduate in May 2026. She loves to learn and stays up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetics to provide the highest level of care to her patients. Claudia BSN, RN , GM Alex is a Registered Nurse with experience in medical aesthetics and leadership. She is passionate about personalized, patient-centered care and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to continue advancing her expertise. Alex BSN, RN Bella is a Registered Nurse with three years of experience in medical aesthetics. She specializes in personalized, natural-looking results and creates a comfortable, patient-focused experience. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her puppy, the gym, reading, and coffee. Bella BSN, RN Crystal is a Registered Nurse with three years of experience as a nurse injector and former lead medical professional. She earned her ADN in 2021 and BSN in 2023, beginning her career at Winchester Hospital before transitioning into aesthetics. She’s known for her personalized approach and commitment to safe, natural-looking results. Outside of work, Crystal is a proud mom of two. Crystal BSN, RN Maddie is a registered nurse with five years of clinical experience and a passion for natural aesthetic enhancement.
