MD Esthetics is a physician-led team of medical and aesthetic professionals. We have 20 locations (and growing!) across MA, NH and VA. In addition to medical aesthetic treatments, we offer an extensive menu of wellness treatments including weight loss injections, peptide therapy, stem cells and more.

Do I need to reschedule my upcoming appointment?
We are actively working to confirm or reschedule all appointments currently on the books. A Patient Care Coordinator will reach out to you personally to confirm each appointment’s time and location.
How do I contact the clinic and where do I go for appointments?
Any patient with an appointment at the Ideal Image Attleboro, Braintree, Burlington, Newton, North Andover, Newport News, or Shrewsbury books will receive a call from a Patient Care Coordinator to confirm or reschedule your appointment time and location. The following table shows the transition of where the appointments will take place. Feel free to contact your new MD Esthetics location for any questions:

How many MD Esthetics locations are there and where can I find a nearby clinic?

MD Esthetics is proud to offer a growing network of premier medical spas across three states. Currently, we have 19 convenient locations throughout New England and Virginia:

  • Massachusetts (12 Locations): Acton, Beverly, Canton, Cape Cod (Harwich), Danvers, East Sandwich, Leominster, Lexington, Marshfield, North Andover, Peabody and Pittsfield. 
  • New Hampshire (4 Locations): Londonderry, Nashua, Portsmouth, and Windham (our Headquarters). 
  • Virginia (3 Locations): Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach.

Your Membership & Packages

Will my existing treatment packages be honored?
Yes. Your continuity of care is our top priority. Any pre-purchased treatment packages, banked injectables, or ongoing laser hair removal series will be transferred to our new system. You will receive the full value of what you have purchased. Packages are not eligible for refunds.
What happens to my Ideal Image Membership / Lifetime Guarantee Membership?

MD Esthetics does not offer a Lifetime Guarantee Membership. However, we do offer a range of Memberships. We want to ensure you are 100% happy and would like to discuss options that will satisfy your needs.

 

Will the pricing change?
We are committed to keeping our pricing competitive while elevating the quality of technology and supervision. There may be instances where pricing is slightly higher for services you book in the future, while other treatments you book may be less expensive. For existing Ideal Image appointments on the books at Attleboro, Braintree, Burlington, Newport News, North Andover or Shrewsbury, MD Esthetics is committed to honoring the Ideal Image pricing for the treatment you booked.

Is my provider still here?
We know that trust is built with people, not just brands. We have retained many of the talented nursing and clinic staff you know and love. You will also meet some new faces on the team.
What new services will be available?

This is the most exciting part of the transition. MD Esthetics specializes in full-face optimization and advanced skin health. In addition to Botox, Fillers, Medical-Grade Facials, Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting, we offer:

  • Advanced Skin Resurfacing
  • Bio-Stimulators (Sculptra)
  • Weight Loss Injections (GLP1)
  • Peptide Therapy
  • Hormone Optimization
  • Stem Cells and more regenerative treatments for overall wellness.
Will the treatment technology change?
We are keeping the gold-standard devices you are used to for Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting as well as an entire suite of injectable offerings. However, for some technology previously used at Ideal Image, we will offer more advanced, state-of-the-art technology as follows:
