2. Appointments & Cancellations
2.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our staff. 2.2 Cancellations require at least 48-hour notice; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. 2.3 MD Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise specified. 3.2 We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods. 3.3 All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of provider error or medical necessity.
4. Liability & Medical Disclaimer
4.1 MD Esthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from treatments performed in accordance with industry standards. 4.2 Clients must disclose their full medical history and any known allergies before treatment. 4.3 Treatments are performed by licensed professionals, but results may vary, and no guarantees are provided.

7. Terms of services
7.1 Terms of Service must have the following: MD Esthetics Business Description: MD Esthetics is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice with multiple clinic locations that provides advanced cosmetic and skin care treatments. The company offers services such as
- Injectables (eg, Botox and dermal fillers)
- Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments
- Laser and skin resurfacing
- Body contouring
- Facials
- Wellness services (including IV therapy and hormone therapy)
- Related aesthetic procedures.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 508-500-9151. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
