Flavia brings more than 25 years of experience in management, aesthetics and retail. She is passionate about driving growth, developing high-performing teams and creating an exceptional client experience.
 Flavia Practice Manager Chikemey “Kemeny” Ikwuanusi, DNP, APRN, has more than 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver safe, natural and personalized results. Chikemey NP Ifeoma Ikwuanusi, PMHNP-BC, integrates psychiatric and aesthetic nursing to provide holistic, individualized and client-centered care. She focuses on safely refining, refreshing and rejuvenating facial features while prioritizing clinical excellence and quality care. Ifeoma NP Brittany Frazier, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine since 2017. She is passionate about providing natural, balanced results through an expert, patient-centered approach.
 Brittany NP Alinne has been a licensed aesthetician since 2020 and is continuing her education in nursing. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, traveling and spending time with her family. Alinne Esthetician Suzette Grocher-Guerrero is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 16 years of healthcare experience. She specializes in body contouring, IV hydration and laser hair removal, combining clinical precision with patient-centered care. Suzette LPN Skylar Intravesato is a licensed esthetician with several years of hands-on experience.
