I cannot say enough great things about the staff and my experience. I’m currently getting laser hair removal and I must say Missy is the best!!! Each visit is enjoyable, I know I’m working towards my end goal and know that I’m good hands with Missy. I received my 1st botox treatment ever today. I had researched treatment in the area for the past year, I was nervous and unsure. This place kept coming back as one of the best rated.

Jen really made me feel so at ease and explained everything to me. My main concern was walking into a place and coming out feeling insecure as I had heard experiences from other providers in the area. I left feeling amazing! Jen did NOT pressure me in any way to do treatments I was not interested in, she understood my concerns and explained relevant information to me.

I was so nervous at first that I do not remember her medical assistants name but she was also so awesome as well. She reassured me so much about my concerns and told me how awesome Jen was.

I felt 0 pain and they kept me distracted through the injections. They were so awesome and I honestly was so worried about seeing any provider for treatments.

I scheduled lip fillers in 2 weeks as that was another concern of mine, but as comfortable and awesome as they were and addressing my concerns, I felt so comfortable.

So grateful they were about to take me in same day appointment due to cancellation. I needed a skin tag removed, which was causing a lot of pain for me. They were so nice and welcoming, professional, and clean, I highly recommend them!

I was new to botox and very nervous about doing it. I scheduled an appointment and was given one immediately.  Front desk staff very nice and professional.  Anne was amazing with my botox. Very informative, honest and professional.  Injections were painless (not what I was expecting). Overall a great first time experience. I was so happy with my experience I even signed up for other procedures.
Fast forward 2 weeks. Went in for a follow up and to see before and after photos. I am extremely pleased with my results and told Anne I will be seeing her again I a few months. Young’s Med Spa is truly something special. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for—total girls’ girls. I almost canceled my appointment, thinking I waited too long, but I’m so grateful I didn’t because the results speak for themselves. Alina made me feel completely at ease, and Jennifer, PA-C was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring—I knew I was in exactly the right place. This experience reminded me how important it is to do something for myself. I love coming here and recommend Young’s Med Spa to anyone without hesitation.
